*Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as which it was received. It must have original receipt and packaging. *Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. We package our items very securely for a safe journey, but sometimes events are out of our control. * Copper, sterling silver and gold-filled items can be wiped with a soft, dry tarnish-resistant jewelry cloth to remove dust and natural skin oils. *Sterling silver or gold plated items can be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth and warm water. You can us a tiny drop of liquid soap if needed. DO NOT use a jewelry cloth as it usually contains chemical that will dull the surface. * Every four to six months, sterling silver jewelry should be cleaned with a silver glaze. * Avoid any contact with extreme sweat/perfume/lotion/chemical/water as it will get tarnished or destroyed if you leave them wet or moist. Wood is very porous and will absorb water quickly, causing its structure to change. * Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to avoid discoloration, especially with wood pieces. * Store necklaces hanging or in a jewelry box with hooks to avoid kinks. * Take off the jewelry before bathing, swimming, sleeping or any other harsh activities. |
